Saral TaxOffice Installation Instructions

Software requirenment
---------------------

1. Windows 98 & Above
2. Windows Installer 3.1
3. Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0
4. MDAC 2.8 (Not required for windows XP and Above)


Hardware requirenment
---------------------

Minimum

1. 1GB Hard Disk Space
2. Min 128 MB Ram
3. Screen Resolution 800 X 600 [Minimum]
4. Processor Pentium III (Equivalent) or above


Recommended

1. 5GB Hard Disk Space
2. 256 MB Ram
3. Screen Resolution 1024X768
4. Pentium 4 and above (Equivalent processor)


Installation
------------

1. Unzip the setup.zip 

2. Start(execute) setup.exe

If it prompts that another version is already installed then take the backup of data and goto control panel and uninstall the Saral TaxOffice from the "add/remove" panel. Delete the TaxOffice folder in the application path Then re-start setup.exe

3. Proceed with the setup wizard

In setup specify the installation rights and the location where it has to install and install the Saral TaxOffice in system by proceeding with setup.

4. After completion of the setup double click the "Saral TaxOffice" shortcut from the desktop


Known Problems & Solution
-------------------------

1. Framework is required to be installed before installation the "Saral TaxOffice". If you find form the CD or you can download it from the microsoft website ("http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856EACB-4362-4B0D-8EDD-AAB15C5E04F5&displaylang=en"). Or it can found in relyon CD also

2. Installation requires Administration rights for installation of all the components successfully. You installing Saral TaxOffice must have admin rights in Windows2000 and above

3. If application is not loading and giving some error. Try to reinstall the application and if problem persist then mail the error description to relyon support department or visit http://saraltaxoffice.com for more details and support

4. If you should have enough hard disk space to install "Saral TaxOffice"

5. Windows Vista user should install the "Saral TaxOffifce" in driver other than Windows Drive(Where windows is installed)

6. If setup is giving error for MDAC installation in window XP and above then manully install .net Framwork 2.0 and windows install 3.1 and install "Saral TaxOffice" by double clicking SaralTaxOffice.msi
